Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead for a contract position in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual (Portuguese and English) and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in our service offerings.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce implementation and consulting, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.


Qualifications

Proven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

  • Bi-lingual in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
