Estamos procurando um Parceiro de Negócios de RH (HR Business Partner) para se juntar à nossa equipe de Recursos Humanos.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Realizar reuniões regulares com as respectivas unidades de negócios e gerência, fornecendo orientação sobre questões de RH.
  • Analisar tendências e métricas relacionadas ao nível de rotatividade, a fim de desenvolver soluções, programas e políticas para aumentar a retenção.
  • Manterse atualizado sobre as exigências legais relacionadas com a gestão diária dos funcionários, dando prioridade à redução dos riscos legais e garantindo a conformidade regulamentar.
  • Fornecer orientação e assistência na interpretação das políticas de RH.
  • Resolver problemas complexos de vários tipos relacionados aos funcionários.
  • Auxiliar os funcionários internacionais em tarefas de expatriação e assuntos relacionados a RH

Esperamos que você tenha:

  • Experiência anterior em cargos similares dentro da área.
  • Conhecimento das normas trabalhistas da Argentina e da América Latina.
  • Habilidades de comunicação.
  • Experiência na indústria de TI ou responsabilidade regional (desejável).
  • Nível avançado de inglês.
