Essa é uma posição estratégica e uma grande oportunidade de destaque na carreira

Principais Atividades:
Condução de processos seletivos de middle management e vagas seniores, incluindo posições de liderança;
Mapeamento de mercado e hunting de profissionais altamente qualificados;
Realização de buscas ativas e interface direta com HRBPs e líderes;
Garantir a experiência positiva dos candidatos em todas as etapas do processo seletivo;
Uso de ferramentas de ATS como DISC, Gupy e Workday (não eliminatório).

Requisitos:
Ensino superior completo;
Inglês avançado;
Experiência em recrutamento de posições de middle management e lideranças;
Vivência com mapeamento de mercado e hunting .

Perfil Comportamental:
Proatividade e alta energia;
Foco em resultados e capacidade de atuar sob pressão;
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders ;
Perfil estratégico, resiliente e com visão de negócio.
