Nosso cliente é uma multinacional do segmento logístico e com atuação no mercado de e-commerce e encomendas expressas, em momento de entrada no mercado brasileiro. A empresa é responsável pela distribuição de um dos maiores players de comércio eletrônico do mundo. Descrição

Expandir novos negócios para grandes clientes da empresa e aumentar a participação de mercado nas operações existentes;

Impulsionar a equipe de entrega de operações para fornecer e otimizar soluções para os clientes, garantindo entregas de alta qualidade e contínua melhoria da satisfação do cliente;

Participar do planejamento estratégico e execução das operações sob a responsabilidade da equipe, além de fornecer sugestões para a estratégia geral da empresa;

Promover melhorias na eficiência da entrega e otimizar estruturalmente os custos de entrega;

Aprimorar a relação de cooperação estratégica entre o cliente e a empresa;

Manter relações profundas com diferentes posições dos clientes, além de ter uma boa relação diária com os clientes.

Perfil desejável

Fluência em inglês;

Mais de 3 anos de experiência em vendas nas empresas do segmento de logística;

Bom feeling do cliente, habilidade para identificar e estimular as necessidades dos clientes, expertise em gestão de grandes clientes e ter forte consciência de atendimento ao cliente;

Habilidades avançadas de comunicação, coordenação e gestão;

Excelente capacidade de impulsionar projetos e colaborar entre departamentos, orientação para resultados completam o perfil
