Job Description

What you will be responsible for in this role:

  • Collaborate with Field Sales to facilitate communication during renewal interactions with clients.
  • Recognize client requirements and utilize account management expertise to drive renewals.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow's licensing frameworks to provide support to both sales teams and customers during licensing negotiations.
  • Monitor key customer health indicators to pinpoint potential risks. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and guide relevant actions with partner departments.
  • Regularly update management on the status of renewals and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Engage in discussions with clients about renewal readiness, timing, and overall client needs.
  • Engage with clients on multi-year contracts to ensure sustained involvement and realization of customer value.
  • Develop and present renewal proposals and alternatives to clients, and inform them about upcoming contract expirations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to secure approvals and finalize executable OF.
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to assess customer value achievement, leading to enhanced product adoption and usage by clients.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Residency in the specified territory is mandatory for candidates.
  • Demonstrated success over multiple years in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success roles.
  • Experience in managing client retention and promoting the adoption of a SaaS product within a designated territory.
  • Effective customer management capabilities, encompassing sales, account management, and customer service.
  • Initiative to identify areas for process enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Dedication to achieving targets and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with a SaaS model centered around enterprise software is preferred.
