TheRenewal Account Manager Role As aRenewal Account Manager, you will workcross-functionallyat Qlik and directly with your customers todriverenewalsalesof ourQlik subscription software.

You will be responsible foridentifying/mitigating risk, accurate forecasting, driving upsell/cross-sell, andcreating a consistent and favorable customer experience. The RenewalAccountManageris a member of theGlobal Renewal Sales organization.

Developsuccessful relationships with yourexisting customers and partnersDrive ARR growthandexceptionalrenewal ratesthrough Qlik'svalue-drivenpropositionAccuratelyMaintain a rolling 6-12 month forecast for youraccountsWork cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success,Onboarding& adoptionto create acollaborative and cohesive customer experience.

Utilize data to drive informed decisionsfor your customers and your territory.
Identify"at risk"customers,andtheir root cause for risk, and leverageQlik's internal and partner resources to drive positive outcomes.

Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and Salesforce (or other CRM).

We're looking for a teammate with: 2-5 years in renewal sales, account management, inside sales, or field sales experience.

Strong Track record of achieving & exceeding Quota/KPI based rolesExperience in negotiating enterprise contracts,leveragingfinancial & contractual levers, anddriving value through solutions.

Portuguese, Spanish and English speakersThelocation for this role is:
