Job Description

The Senior Recruiter will act as a brand ambassador for our clients, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for recruitment and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
  • Source and engage candidates through various channels, including social media and networking sites
  • Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews and assessments
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field
  • Minimum of five years of results-oriented recruiting experience
  • Previous experience in the Farma industry
  • Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise
  • Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies
