Estamos em busca de um(a) Customer Success Consultant - Help Center que irá realizar atendimento aos diferentes públicos (pais de alunos e alunos da graduação, colégio e pós) por diferentes canais (whatsapp, telefone, e-mail e presencialmente) com foco na resolução do problema, trabalhando de forma empática. Realizar atividades de backoffice com a possibilidade de contato com outros departamentos da instituição (professores, coordenadores, financeiro, entre outros). 

Para mandar bem você precisa:
Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal; Assertividade; Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Comprometimento.
