About the Role We seek a highly skilled and passionate Solar Energy Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of solar energy systems and be able to provide expert guidance to clients on how to implement clean, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive technical offer solutions for bidding processes, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards. Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Develop detailed preliminary design documents, project costs, and proposal documents for prospective projects, taking into account client needs and market trends. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets for energy storage product solutions, providing technical expertise and support as needed. Support the development and implementation of energy storage product solutions, technical bidding documents, and other related materials. Engage with clients, attend exhibitions, and trade shows to promote energy storage product solutions, highlighting their benefits and features. Work closely with the product development center to standardize and engineer product solutions for efficient production. Review and prepare technical drawings for basic engineering, including layouts and single-line diagrams, to ensure accuracy and compliance. Participate in other work assigned by the leader, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications and Skills: Hold a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Possess significant experience in externally facing engineering roles, preferably in technical sales or development of utility-scale battery energy storage systems. Have strong techno-commercial knowledge of battery energy storage systems, including design, engineering, commissioning, and performance guarantees. Be able to communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and understanding. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams through empathy, active listening, and open communication. Display advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of other Microsoft tools like Word and PowerPoint. Speak fluent English, both written and spoken, and possess advanced Spanish language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Familiarity with Brazilian energy market regulations, technical standards, and grid compliance requirements is highly desirable. Experience with CAD software is an asset.
