Responsabilidades:


  • Realizar cadências de prospecção ativa por telefone e WhatsApp com leads inbound.
  • Realizar atendimento personalizado aos clientes potenciais.
  • Conduzir negociações com leads qualificados, assegurando a conversão efetiva de prospects em clientes.
  • Utilizar técnicas de venda e persuasão para garantir o fechamento de negócios.
  • Estabelecer relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, compreendendo suas necessidades e apresentando soluções adequadas.
  • Preencher CRM e ferramentas de controle com informações precisas e atualizadas.
  • Manter registros precisos de todas as atividades de vendas no CRM, garantindo a rastreabilidade e a atualização das informações.
  • Colaborar com a equipe de marketing e SDRs para uma transição suave dos leads qualificados para o processo de vendas.
  • Fornecer feedback relevante para melhorar a qualidade dos leads gerados e otimizar a eficiência do processo de vendas.
  • Manter uma comunicação constante para garantir a satisfação do cliente e identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell.



Requisitos Profissionais:

  • Experiência com vendas, especialmente como SDR.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com volume e organização.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
  • Experiência com CRM e ferramentas de vendas como Pipedrive, Kommo e outros.


Diferenciais:

  • Participação em processos comerciais de ticket alto.
  • Conhecimento em funis high ticket e metodologias de vendas como SPIN Selling, BANT, entre outras.
  • Experiência em operações de inside sales de ticket alto.


Modalidade de Trabalho: PJ.


Remuneração: Negociável.
