Quer fazer parte do nosso time? O Eu Médico Residente está em busca de uma pessoa massa para assumir a posição de Business Development Representative (BDR) para prospectar novos clientes e qualificar leads no B2B. Além disso, fazer parte de um time incrível, de alta performance, em um ambiente de muito aprendizado e dinamismo.
O Que Você Deverá Fazer:
- **Qualificar leads**:Avaliar e classificar leads de acordo com os critérios estabelecidos pela empresa;
- **Atualizar o CRM**: Registrar informações precisas e detalhadas dos clientes no CRM, garantindo que todos os dados relevantes estejam atualizados;
- **Desenvolver e executar estratégias de prospecção**: Criar planos e abordagens estratégicas para alcançar as metas de prospecção e fechamento estabelecidas pela empresa;
- **Agendar reuniões**:Organizar e agendar reuniões entre clientes potenciais e a equipe de vendas, assegurando que todos os detalhes estejam em ordem;
- **Alinhamentos com as equipes internas**: Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de marketing, vendas e produto para garantir que as necessidades dos clientes potenciais sejam atendidas;
- **Realizar follow-up contínuo com leads**: Manter contato regular com leads qualificados para garantir que eles avancem no funil de vendas e permaneçam engajados;
- **Analisar e reportar métricas de desempenho**: Monitorar e reportar semanalmente as métricas de desempenho, como número de leads qualificados, taxas de conversão e outros KPIs relevantes;
- **Participar de treinamentos e workshops**: Engajar-se em oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional contínuo para aprimorar habilidades e conhecimentos relacionados ao papel de BDR.
O Que Você Precisa Ter:
- Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Comunicação Social (Publicidade e Propaganda), Relações Públicas ou Gestão Comercial;
- Experiência na área Comercial B2B;
- Certificações em vendas ou marketing digital são diferenciais;
- Experiência em uso de CRM e metodologia de vendas;
- Experiência em Excel (fórmulas básicas).

- Resiliência e persistência em um ambiente de vendas.
Informações da vaga:
- Modalidade: CLT
- Salário Bruto: R$ 2.250,00 + 0,5% de comissão por contrato fechado
- Jornada: Segunda a Sexta
- Home Office para quem não for de Recife (híbrido para quem for).
