Kgary is Expanding Our Team Join Us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
English and Fortaleza area required.
Are you motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about technology? Kgary, a leader in delivering innovative products and services that drive digital transformation, is looking for talented SDRs to identify new business opportunities and collaborate with our Sales Development Manager to close successful deals.
Position Overview: As an SDR, you will be a key player in generating new leads and qualifying prospects to build a strong sales pipeline. You will be the first point of contact in the sales process, working closely with our Sales Development Manager to advance and close qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Research and identify potential customers based on ideal customer profiles and market segments.
- Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads by assessing their fit, interest, and potential to become customers.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the Sales Development Manager with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (internships and entry-level positions are welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, engaging approach.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow in a sales career.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
