This role is based within our Industrial White Business Unit, a fast-growing division dedicated to supplying premium-quality paperboard tailored for various industrial and food-related packaging applications.
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Brazil for our Industrial White range. You'll be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing market penetration for APP's Industrial White product solutions.
This role requires a commercially astute, technically knowledgeable sales professional who understands the performance, specifications, and downstream applications of Industrial White paper grades.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead sales growth for Industrial White range in the Brazilian market — targeting converters, printers, and B2B end users.
- Build strong client pipelines across product segments such as FBB, SBS, WLC and Food Packaging Board.
- Execute account development strategies and manage negotiations to meet volume, pricing, and payment objectives.
- Provide regular insights into market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to guide business strategy.
- Coordinate with our manufacturing teams in China and Indonesia to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with production.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in Industrial White Boards (FBB, SBS, WLC and Food Packaging Board).
- In-depth knowledge of the Brazil market and existing client networks is highly desirable.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
- Confident working independently and across time zones with international stakeholders.
- Skilled in CRM tools and digital sales reporting platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
