After Sales Specialist

The candidate approved for this position will deal with challenges activities such as:


• Visits clients to improve and increase the relationship and presence of our company in the market, creating and verifying new sales opportunities and representing VOLPAK in the national and international market.

• Analyzes and creates new sales opportunities, having direct contact with national and international clients and agents.

• Sells services, spare parts, training and upgrades to third parties to meet the annual sales and service order targets.

• Follows up on open proposals or projects to keep the client always aware of the order status.

• Conducts client satisfaction surveys to improve the client's perception of VOLPAK.

• Acts as the interface between the client and the Head Office to inform the needs of the national market, transmit client information to the Head Office, and convey information and news regarding products and services from the Head Office to the clients.

• Issues proposals for technical labor and upgrades to clients who need repairs or improvements in machines.

• Prospects old clients who own our machinery but for some reason do not buy components, kits, or upgrades.

• Informs the Head Office about opportunities to sell kits and upgrades and makes a technical commercial proposal for client presentation.

• Holds meetings with the team to align activities carried out and pending realization in Latin America.

• Some travel required for client meetings and industry events.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Performs other related tasks as needed.



What You Need to Be Successful:

Solve problems and guide customers.

Problem-Solving Techniques: Ability to quickly diagnose issues and offer effective solutions.

CRM Tools: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions and histories.

Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Empathy: Capacity to understand and respond to customers' needs and concerns in a compassionate and patient manner.

Negotiation: Skill in negotiating solutions that satisfy both customers and the company.

A degree in engineering and previous experience in customer service, sales, and technical support.
