Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Specialist for Truck Tires at Continental, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the truck tire segment within a defined region. Your primary objective will be to increase market share and ensure profitable business growth by providing exceptional support to dealers and fleets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly sales performance analysis and follow-up to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to address sales challenges, improve sales volume and quality, and enhance financial results
  • Perform account analysis, including opening and closing account reviews, to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
  • Provide technical support to dealers and fleets, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet customer needs
  • Monitor market prices to maintain a competitive edge and balance sales volumes with sales prices
  • Track and analyze customer needs to improve purchase quality and volume
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of resale orders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather market insights and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Graduation in Administration, Business, or related fields
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the truck tire market
  • Strong self-management skills and a track record of success
  • Knowledge of the truck tire market and computer systems (SAP, Office)
  • English language proficiency (desirable)
  • Residency in the region of Piauí and/or Maranhão, with knowledge of the local market
