Sobre a Vaga:
Procuramos uma Pessoa Representante de Desenvolvimento de Negócios (BDR) estratégica e orientada a resultados para impactar o setor educacional em larga escala. Você será o primeiro ponto de contato entre a Leme e líderes do setor público, como secretários(as) de educação e prefeitos(as), identificando necessidades e apresentando soluções de valor.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Realizar atendimento de alta qualidade, identificando dores e desafios dos líderes educacionais.
- Conduzir pesquisas e mapear leads no setor público e educacional.
- Engajar e qualificar potenciais parceiros e clientes através de prospecção estratégica.
- Colaborar no desenvolvimento de estratégias de vendas e prospecção.
- Monitorar métricas de engajamento e relatórios de conversão.
- Gerenciar múltiplas solicitações, garantindo respostas ágeis e precisas.
- Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas para captar feedbacks e melhorar o produto continuamente.

- Capacidade de compreender as necessidades de gestores e gestoras públicas e oferecer soluções eficazes.
- Habilidade para comunicar informações complexas de forma simples e objetiva.
- Proatividade em conhecer o produto, o mercado de educação e o setor público.
- Foco em métricas e metas de performance, buscando superar expectativas.
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita, com habilidades de persuasão e negociação.
-Residir na Grande São Paulo.
- Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido (1 dia presencial).
Diferencial:
Experiência profissional em vendas, prospecção, educação e/ou políticas públicas no setor público ou terceiro setor.
Carga horária:
40h semanais
