Salesforce Business Development Manager

Na Maitha Tech , estamos expandindo nossa vertical de Salesforce e buscamos um(a) profissional sênior para liderar o crescimento da operação, atuando de forma estratégica na conquista de novas contas , gestão de relacionamentos-chave e vendas consultivas de serviços Salesforce .
Responsabilidades
Executar estratégias comerciais para expansão da vertical de Salesforce
Identificar, prospectar e converter novas oportunidades de negócio
Gerenciar grandes contas e relacionamentos com decisores e executivos
Atuar como elo entre clientes, pré-vendas e times técnicos
Conduzir o ciclo completo de vendas consultivas, da proposta à assinatura do contrato
Construir propostas de valor alinhadas às necessidades de negócio dos clientes
Acompanhar indicadores de performance e metas de receita
✅ Requisitos
Experiência sólida em vendas consultivas B2B com foco em tecnologia e Salesforce
Vivência prévia em consultorias ou integradoras Salesforce
Histórico comprovado de superação de metas e gestão de contas estratégicas
Forte habilidade em negociação, comunicação e relacionamento com executivos
Visão estratégica, perfil orientado a resultados
Inglês avançado
