Business to Business Sales - Trilingual The Specialist, Customer Acquisition , responds to inquiries of a technical nature, including hardware, software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client’s technical products or services by answering questions and resolving problems related to their use. You will work with the Sales Department to create exceptional customer experiences for the largest social media platform in the world.
Requirements:
Portuguese – at least C1 level (written and verbal)
Spanish – at least B2 or C1 level (written and verbal)
English – at least B1 level (written and verbal)
High school diploma
1 Year of experience as a technical customer consultant, help desk agent, or IT support specialist.
Experience in sales or c ustomer service in a sales capacity.
Proven success in meeting personal and team sales quotas or goals.
Experience with social media advertising, digital marketing, and tools such as Pixel, MS Office, email systems, and API/SDK integration.
Experience working with Salesforce.Com or similar CRM systems.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer orientation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
able to provide consultative, high-quality service.
Experience with high-volume calling and comfort with learning new technology and data tools.
Reliable and detail-oriented, with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Advise small and medium-sized companies on their accounts as part of a multilingual team.
Contact customers via phone, chat, and email after scheduling appointments.
Support customers with the integration of their website, store, or
