We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of Ulike's business in Brazil. The ideal candidate should have over three years of local experience in the Brazilian market and extensive familiarity with local distribution channels.

Responsibility:

  1. Develop business strategies and operational plans for the Brazilian market, implementing HQ sales targets (online/offline) with full accountability.
  2. Conduct market research to analyze competitors, consumer trends, and channels, adapting product strategies accordingly.
  3. Establish and manage distributor networks, expanding channels including department stores, beauty chains, and medical aesthetics institutions.
  4. Lead e-commerce operations and KA account management (e.g., Walmart), designing promotions to boost sell-through rates.
  5. Develop distributor training programs and monitor inventory/pricing to prevent cross-region sales.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing on localized campaigns (social media+KOLs) and resolve major channel conflicts.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years in sales/channel management (consumer electronics), with 3+ years focused on the Brazilian market.
  2. Expertise in distributor management and 0-1 channel expansion, with offline retail experience preferred.
  3. Proven ability in KA account negotiation and leadership.
  4. Knowledge of beauty device/small appliance certifications (e.g., ANVISA, INMETRO).
  5. Fluency in Portuguese and Mandarin.
