Job Summary : We are looking for an inspiring and strategic Internal Communications & Culture Manager to lead and strengthen our internal communication initiatives and foster a strong, inclusive, and values driven company culture. This role will act as a key bridge, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities, leadership messaging, and culture goals.
Craft clear, engaging, and timely messaging for company-wide announcements, leadership communications, HR updates, and strategic initiatives.
Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, Slack/Teams, digital signage, and town halls.
Support executive communications, including speechwriting, talking points, and internal presentations.
Measure and improve communication effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, and pulse surveys.
Drive culture initiatives that reinforce company values, purpose, and a sense of belonging.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to co-create programs that promote recognition, inclusion, and employee engagement.
Lead culture campaigns and activations around milestones, onboarding, values week, volunteerism, or employee appreciation.
Manage cross-functional efforts such as internal events, storytelling, or culture ambassadors programs.
Support change management and organizational transformation efforts with communication planning and cultural alignment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology, HR, or related field.
10+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or culture roles.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (chinese language a plus).
Proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling and accessible messages.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Experience with internal comms tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, surveys).
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
Passion for people, storytelling, and building meaningful connections.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in technology multicultural and fast-paced environments.
Background in internal communications.
Familiarity with culture assessment tools or engagement metrics.
Comfortable working with creative tools or managing internal campaigns.
