Job Title: Strategic Communications and Culture Professional

We are seeking a visionary communications and culture leader to spearhead the development of our internal communication initiatives, cultivate a vibrant company culture, and foster a sense of belonging among employees.

This strategic role will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless communication across all levels of the organization, enhancing clarity, consistency, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling and accessible messages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategy

Design and execute an internal communication strategy that aligns with business priorities, leadership messaging, and cultural goals.

Craft Engaging Messaging

Develop clear, timely, and engaging messaging for company-wide announcements, leadership communications, HR updates, and strategic initiatives.

Manage Internal Communication Channels

Oversee internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, Slack/Teams, digital signage, and town halls.

Support Executive Communications

Assist executive communications, including speechwriting, talking points, and internal presentations.

Measure Communication Effectiveness

Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, and pulse surveys.

Drive Culture Initiatives

Promote culture initiatives that reinforce company values, purpose, and a sense of belonging.

Partner with Stakeholders

Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, and other stakeholders to co-create programs that enhance recognition, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or culture roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese language a plus).
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling and accessible messages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with internal comms tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, surveys).
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Passion for people storytelling and building meaningful connections.
