About the Role We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Delivery Operations Specialist. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop regional delivery strategies and track performance in real-time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in our delivery operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing delivery strategies that meet business objectives. Collaborating with product and analytics teams to define and optimize surge eligibility rules and thresholds. Maintaining system performance and identifying areas for improvement. Benchmarking industry practices and proposing improvements to current surge frameworks. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A strong educational background, preferably in a field related to logistics or operations management. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, with experience working with large datasets.
