We are seeking a Global Delivery Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a specialist, you will play a key role in managing 3PL partner onboarding from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Partner Onboarding : Coordinate compliance checks and verify partner documents meet legal and financial requirements. Compliance Checks : Work closely with the legal, finance, and operations teams during the process. Process Improvement : Update onboarding guidelines (SOPs) and look for efficiency improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners into our operations. To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong Analytical Skills : Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline. Communication Skills : Good English communication for daily work and foreign team contact. Logistics Experience : Experience in logistics, delivery platforms, or shared economy operations is a plus. Data Analysis : Experience with data analytic tools such as SQL or similar tools. Proactivity : Organization and proactivity, with a great willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
