Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized
Operations Coordinator
to support day-to-day operational activities in Singapore. You will assist in managing workflows, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth operations across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist in planning and executing projects, events, and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
  • Support process improvement initiatives and monitor operational performance
  • Track key metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management
  • Assist in managing schedules, resources, and logistics for operational activities
  • Handle ad hoc operational tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or cross-functional teams is a plus
