Estamos buscando adicionar à nossa equipe de Vendas um Engenheiro Comercial Sênior, com 10 anos de experiência em Vendas Consultivas de Soluções para Empresas de Energia, Indústria e Infraestrutura, com conhecimento em Sistemas de Energia, Automação Industrial e Soluções Digitais.ResponsabilidadesDesenvolver a estratégia comercial e o plano de contas para atingir as metas acordadas nas contas atribuídas.Garantir a comunicação eficaz da proposta de valor da Schneider aos principais interessados.Identificar projetos precocemente e coordenar o plano de prescrição da solução.Liderar o processo comercial e garantir a entrega de propostas comerciais que atendam às expectativas do cliente.Desenvolver relacionamentos de longo prazo com os clientes, identificando os principais interessados em cada área da organização.Desenvolver iniciativas estratégicas específicas para cada segmento de mercado, com foco em Sustentabilidade, Software e Serviços.Gerenciamento de toda a atividade comercial por meio do Software de CRM Salesforce.QualificaçõesExperiência em gestão de contas-chave em empresas de Indústria, Energia e EPC.Nível intermediário/alto de inglês.Valorizamos expertise em Petróleo & Gás e Geração de Energia para esta posição.Profissional Comercial proativo, com alto nível de motivação e autogerenciamento.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, e habilidades de apresentação.Bom desenvolvimento de relacionamento interpessoal e habilidades de negociação.Forte orientação para a satisfação do cliente.#J-18808-Ljbffr
