Job Title We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Mining Industry Sales Executive. About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business outcomes in the mining industry. This will involve building relationships with customers, account executives, and sales leadership to understand their needs and tailor Huawei's offerings to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably with experience working in the mining industry. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business outcomes in the mining industry Build relationships with customers, account executives, and sales leadership to understand their needs and tailor Huawei's offerings to meet those needs Identify and pursue key project opportunities in the mining industry Requirements 5+ years of experience in ICT (hardware) manufacturing companies or telecommunications networks Strong sales experience as an Account Manager in the mining industry At least 5 years of industry ICT experience working on large projects in a technical sales capacity Current experience working in the mining industry, with at least 3 years of experience Understanding of major ICT products such as datacom, optical, storage, LTE/5G, etc. Familiarity with corporate project operations Strong network relations with key accounts executive of the industry Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development A dynamic and supportive work environment Other Requirements Degree in engineering or related field Portuguese speaker and fluent English Strong experience in markets where Huawei competes Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
