Omoda & Jaecoo is an innovative new brand under the Chery Group, operating independently from other Chery brands. It focuses on cutting-edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and coordinate training programs for dealerships, ensuring effective budget control for the Training area.
Define the Sales & After-Sales Training Path for dealers to enhance skill development and performance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of all training programs, recommending improvements when needed.
Develop strategies and deliver New Product Training for Sales and After-Sales dealer staff.
Manage training enrollments, schedule sessions, and organize all necessary resources to ensure seamless program execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in planning and delivering training programs, including Sales, After-Sales, Product Launch, and Automotive Technologies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
Intermediate English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in designing and implementing structured training paths.
Location and work-mode:
100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi)
