Dandelion is the largest real-time, cross-border payment platform in the world, purpose-built to make the world’s money work better for all. Reach new markets to grow your business—quickly and easily.We are looking for a Business Development Manager with deep experience in selling enterprise solutions to banks, FIs and fintech's in Sao Paulo. You will be responsible for leading our business development efforts and delivering revenue and growth for Dandelion Payments business in the region.

What You'll Do:Lead sourcing and identification of prospective clients (e.g. Internet research, industry publications, CRM-generated leads, LinkedIn, Networking, Industry events (e.g. Money 2020)Conduct initial fact-finding with prospect to identify their cross-border payments needs and assess suitability to include in the sales pipelineObtain detailed understanding of prospect client’s existing cross-border payments businessMaintain updated CRM and sales pipelineArticulate and explain Dandelion’s unique value proposition through FABs (features, advantages and benefits) to decision makers at prospect companiesStay abreast of market trends in the fast-evolving cross-border payments spaceMonthly and quarterly individual sales and business performance reportingPerform timely and efficient hand-over of new clients to service delivery team

What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of sales/business development experience in banking/Fintech companies in BrazilStrong track record of consistently achieving/surpassing targeted KPIsAbility to work within a fast-paced results-driven sales environmentEthics & Integrity – Leads organization with commitment to organizational vision, values, and goalsResults Orientation – Delivers new client, revenue, and gross profit goals at a regional levelFlexibility/Adaptability – Identifies the need for change and when necessary designs and drives changes in sales strategy/approachClient Orientation – Strategically analyzes customers’ needs to deliver proper solutionAnalytical Thinking – Uses different techniques to identify possible solutions and plan next stepsTeamwork & Conflict Management – Promotes team spirit and fosters conflict resolutionCommunication & Influence – Communicates and Influences strategically and effectively
