ACCIONA is looking to incorporate in its Concessions business line a Business Development manager to lead bids and tenders in the Infrastructure industry under Public Private Partnership projects (PPP).

**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement local business development campaigns.
- Establish the terms of the tenders for PPP projects and private clients.
- Lead customer analysis. Be the link between the client and the operational terms to guarantee the success of the project.
- Work alongside the Global Head of Business Development as well as the Head of Business Development in Brazil to be able to identify new opportunities and business partners in current and future bids and tenders.
- Lead bids and tenders of the Concessions business in Brazil following the strategy.
- Be the contact person in the development of the project, prequalification documentation, and the mediator between the client and the partners.
- Have knowledge and add value in the strategic approach within the industry.
- Link and work together with other regions of our business for the correct development of the company’s processes.
- Measure and report the progress of business areas and marketing segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement innovation in the business model.

**Tasks**:

- Prepare and coordinate medium and long-term strategic plans for Acciona Concessions in Brazil.
- Manage the bid offer from beginning to end.
- Collaborate with bidding and transaction managers in the exercise of bidding processes (greenfield) and in the acquisition of concessions (brownfield) with local geographic focus.
- Collaborate with the Bid Director during the bidding process.
- Develop and maintain market development information in competitive intelligence data base.
- Create and maintain plans for objectives and customer development.
- Develop a rating database.
- Maintain and preserve the ethics and image of ACCIONA.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Civil or Industrial Engineering Degree.
- Proficiency Level in English.
- Previous experience in PPP projects.
- Previous experience in Transmission Line Projects.
- Dynamic, likes working with cross-cultural and geographically spread teams; is flexible, resilient, and can properly adapt to changes; enjoys workin different bids and tenders; is a team player.
