Business Development - Startup em Stealth Mode

Uma startup em stealth mode, que surgiu como um projeto interno de uma empresa estabelecida, está em busca de um Business Development Manager para liderar a expansão comercial de sua inovadora plataforma de CRM. A empresa está pronta para se tornar um negócio global independente, com ambições de se tornar um player de destaque no mercado de CRM para pequenas e médias empresas (SMBs) com utilização de inteligência artificial.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Refinar os pontos do produto e conduzir vendas, expandindo a base de clientes da startup de 3 para dezenas em um curto período de tempo.
- Coletar feedback dos clientes para orientar a evolução contínua do produto.
- Desenvolver e executar estratégias de vendas inside sales e performance marketing, aproveitando a experiência do time de growth da empresa parceira.
- Engajar-se diretamente com os clientes, entendendo suas necessidades e comunicando-as à equipe de desenvolvimento.
- Contribuir para o posicionamento da startup como uma solução de CRM de baixo custo, simples e poderosa para SMBs em todo o mundo.

**Requisitos**:

- Formação sólida em engenharia, administração ou economia preferencialmente.
- Inglês fluente, essencial para interagir com clientes globais.
- Forte base analítica e habilidades de resolução de problemas.
- Mentalidade empreendedora, com disposição para assumir múltiplas funções em um ambiente de startup.
- Alinhamento com a cultura da empresa, que valoriza meritocracia, sonho grande, pensamento de dono, trabalho duro e simplicidade.
