Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic Sourcing

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for direct materials,such as raw materials, packaging and indirect categories (MRO, logistics, CAPEX).
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard local/global suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets.

2.Supplier Management

  • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and conduct performance reviews (QCD: Quality, Cost, Delivery).
  • Mitigate supply risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

3.Cost Optimization

  • Analyze market trends, conduct TCO analysis, and implement cost-saving programs without compromising quality.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Align with R&D, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with HQ (China) on global procurement policies and supply chain integration.

5.Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations (Brazil), and sustainability standards.
  • Optimize procurement workflows through digital tools and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Master's/MBA preferred.
  • Experience:5+ years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement cycles and supplier development.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools.
  • Languages:
  • Mandatory: Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Mandatory: Professional proficiency in Chinese (普通话) to communicate with HQ and Chinese suppliers.
