Senior ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow governance, implementation architecture, and Customer Service Management (CSM) . Proven track record designing enterprise-scale solutions, aligning platform strategy with business objectives, and ensuring governance frameworks for sustainable growth and compliance. Specialist in CSM deployments including case management, omni-channel integration, workflows, and customer data models. Strong background in Finance industry back-office processes , with hands-on experience translating complex financial operations into scalable digital workflows. Adept at guiding stakeholders, leading implementation teams, and driving adoption of best practices across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 7 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable technologies - inclusive of integrations and portals. You'll also need to demonstrate the ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) in a customer service environment, while providing thought leadership to Customer Service sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems. Your experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and working with SaaS technologies is also essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Manufacturing Best Practices in the following areas: Order to Cash, Order issue management, orchestration, product quality issues. A strong understanding of leading CRM tools and related systems is also necessary. Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to deal with cultural diversity are also required.
