Como funciona?


1° Etapa: Sales Representative (SDR)


A missão do Sales Representative, no tempo mínimo de 5 meses, é qualificar os leads gerados em ações de marketing e agendar reuniões para os Assessores de Investimentos.

Nessa etapa você já começa a se desenvolver comercialmente, com atendimento aos potenciais clientes, e claro, focado em atingimento de metas.


3° Etapa: Assessoria


Como Assessor de Investimentos, você ajudará nossos clientes a investirem melhor nas suas escolhas, pois será responsável por apresentar o mais adequado produto ao perfil e objetivo de cada cliente.


REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES


  • Possuir CPA-20 ou CEA;
  • Ensino superior em andamento (fases finais) ou concluído;
  • Interesse no mercado financeiro/investimentos;
  • Disponibilidade de horário integral.
