A Stefanini LATAM está em busca de um(a) Project Manager (PM) Sênior para atuar em um projeto global no setor de Tecnologia & Engenharia , com foco em Oracle Applications e gestão de infraestrutura de TI .

Contractor (PJ) via Deel pela Stefanini LATAM.
Projeto internacional de longo prazo , com atuação remota (Brasil).

Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida trajetória em liderança de projetos complexos , forte domínio técnico e excelente capacidade de comunicação em ambientes multiculturais.
Responsabilidades
Liderar e gerenciar múltiplos projetos relacionados a aplicações Oracle e infraestrutura , garantindo entregas dentro do prazo, escopo e orçamento.
Colaborar com times multifuncionais para definir escopo, objetivos e entregáveis, assegurando alinhamento com as metas do negócio.
Desenvolver planos detalhados de projeto, abrangendo cronograma, recursos e análise de riscos.
Monitorar o progresso dos projetos, propor ações corretivas e assegurar a qualidade das entregas.
Promover a comunicação eficaz entre stakeholders locais e internacionais, mantendo transparência sobre status e riscos.
Aplicar melhores práticas de mercado (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall) para aumentar a eficiência e efetividade das entregas.
Gerenciar orçamentos e recursos de forma estratégica, otimizando custos e performance.
Garantir conformidade com políticas internas e padrões de governança durante todo o ciclo do projeto.

Requisitos
Residência no Brasil .
Graduação em Ciência da Computação, TI, Administração ou áreas correlatas (pós-graduação ou mestrado são diferenciais).
Mínimo de 15 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos de TI, com foco em Oracle Applications e infraestrutura .
Sólido entendimento de funcionalidades Oracle e componentes de infraestrutura (on-premise e cloud).
Histórico comprovado na liderança de projetos de grande porte , desde a concepção até a entrega.
Fortes habilidades de liderança, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal .
Perfil analítico, orientado à solução de problemas e à entrega de valor.
Certificação PMP ou equivalente (desejável).
Familiaridade com metodologias ágil e tradicional (Agile / Waterfall) .
Inglês fluente — essencial para comunicação com stakeholders globais.
