Requisitos e Qualificações:


  • Conhecimento profundo dos produtos/serviços dda Docket.
  • Habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de relacionamento com o cliente (CRM).
  • Habilidades de análise de dados e interpretação de métricas.
  • Proficiência em apresentações e demonstrações de produtos.
  • Familiaridade com gerenciamento de carteira de clientes no nível High/Enterprise

Missão:

Assegurar a satisfação e sucesso dos clientes, garantindo a adoção da ferramenta, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e crescimento da conta e conduzindo estratégias de retenção e fidelização.


Responsabilidades e atribuições:


  • Analisar métricas de desempenho e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Colaborar com os clientes para entender suas necessidades e objetivos.
  • Coletar feedback dos clientes e colaborar com equipes internas para melhorias.
  • Criar estratégias de upsell e cross-sell para impulsionar o crescimento dos negócios.
  • Fornecer treinamento personalizado aos clientes sobre as soluções oferecidas.
  • Implementar e monitorar processos para garantir a adoção eficaz dos serviços.
  • Manter relacionamentos de confiança com os clientes e atuar como ponto de contato principal.
  • Participar na definição das estratégias de Customer Success.
  • Realizar análises de churn e desenvolver planos de retenção.
  • Resolver problemas e responder a consultas dos clientes de maneira proativa.
