FUNCTION: Regulatory Affairs Specialist
LOCATION: São Paulo - BR
JOB TYPE: Permanent
ROLE SENIORITY: Non-managerial

GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:

Provide support to the Country Regulatory Manager through preparation and filing of documentation as well as maintenance of databases related to regulatory processes including entry of documentation and receipt / coordination of requirements from authorities.

Under the supervision of the Country Regulatory Manager collaborate in the development and maintenance of procedures and strategic regulatory comments made to internal & external stakeholders.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Support Country Regulatory Manager for the preparation and submission of registration dossiers for Envu product portfolio with the aim of achieving registration certificates. Ensure collaboration in logistics (printing, integration, listing of files with technical information and administrative support documents, as well as sample management if relevant, and vendor management, etc..) and carrying out the delivery.
Support monitoring of the different regulatory procedures at government offices.
Support checking label artworks for all Envu product portfolio ensuring compliance.
If locally needed, for in-licensing products, coordinate with local test institutes to perform quality check in compliance with product specification.
Under the supervision of the Country Regulatory Manager, provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding strategic regulatory comments.
Collaborate in stewardship activities and training promoting responsible use and handling of products.
Maintain up-to-date regulatory information & documentation within regulatory databases such as Envu internal system (Veeva, Champ, D365 system, etc)

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements:

Educational background in Science (Biology, Agriculture, Chemical, Entomology, or other related fields), and master's degree is preferred.
Skilled in pesticide regulations & data requirements, familiar with fertilizer regulation is preferred.
Work experience: Minimum experience of 3 years in pesticide and / or plant nutrients registration affairs.
Ability to work in a multi-functional environment, good level of English (verbal and written).
Ability to manage complex situations and good problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Skill for Office, D365, Power BI, etc.
