Job Opportunity: Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy Specialist

Entain is a leading global sports betting and gaming company operating in the online and retail sectors. With a presence across five continents and licenses in over 30 countries, we have a combined history of more than 250 years.

As part of our Global Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a key role in shaping Entain's regulatory engagement and public affairs work in Brazil. Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager (Latam & Iberia), your contributions will help us achieve our goal of being a global leader in safe and sustainable online sports betting and gaming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regulatory affairs strategy for Brazil, advising the company on emerging trends and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Built relationships with government officials, policymakers, and regulatory bodies in Brazil.
  • Represent Entain at industry events, trade associations, and gatherings.
  • Anticipate and address critical regulatory challenges in Brazil, shaping the regulatory landscape through strategic stakeholder engagement.
  • Review and analyse legislative and regulatory proposals to understand their impact on Entain.


Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public policy, political sciences, law, or international relations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, government affairs, strategic consultancy, or publics affairs.
  • An excellent understanding of the political system, legislative processes, environment, and cultural landscape in Brazil.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of regulatory issues related to sports betting/gambling.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
