Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Customer Experience team in São Paulo. This role will support the Head of Customer Experience and is an excellent opportunity for a top university student who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in English, with Spanish as a plus, and will work on various projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is not a remote or hybrid role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing customer service processes and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to communicate customer feedback and assist in implementing it into the product roadmap.
  • Help create materials for upcoming product launches to ensure they resonate with customers and address their needs.
  • Support the marketing team in designing and executing customer promotions that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist the Customer Experience team in various ad-hoc projects aimed at delighting customers and enhancing their interactions with our platform.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a top university in São Paulo, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Full proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
  • Strong desire to work in a customer-focused role within a leading fintech company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and customer empathy.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Must be available to work on-site in our São Paulo office; this is not a remote or hybrid role.
