Our mission is simple: to provide clients and investors with a secure, technology-driven platform to operate in global financial markets while creating real career opportunities for ambitious professionals.The role is focused on business expansion, managing higher-impact opportunities, and driving results through strategic relationships and advanced execution.The RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you will be part of our commercial engine, working closely with our business partners and executing commercial strategies across LATAM, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.If you have experience in sales, account management, or business development, and the ability to manage strategic relationships, close higher-value opportunities, and actively contribute to business expansion, this role is designed for you.You will:Prospect and generate leads across multiple regions and markets.Develop and manage a portfolio of business partners.Execute multichannel outbound outreach and conduct discovery calls.Activate and onboard business partners.Manage and update CRM information with discipline and accuracy.Collaborate closely with business partners to drive business development.What We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in sales or a commercial role, including prospecting, B2B sales, and client relationship management (full-time).Graduates in business, finance, marketing, engineering, economics, or related fields.Conversational english (Will be evaluated).Experience in sales and business development.Ambition, high energy, discipline, and a strong willingness to learn.What We Offer:Competitive net monthly salary.Monthly commissions.Clear career path for your professional growth.Quarterly performance-based bonusWorking hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Short Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.Competitive package of superior benefits, including:Health insurance22 days of time off per yearInternational business tripsTotalpassApple equipmentParking at the buildingOn-site role Close by Berrini, São Paulo - SP.If you already have experience in sales, are looking to take the next step in your career within an international company, and are eager to continue growing at a fast pace, we’d love to meet you.
