Requirements

To promote Envalior products effectively, the responsibilities include negotiating prices, payment terms and delivery arrangements. Additionally, analyzing profitability margins is crucial. It's essential to assess market trends, consumption potential, and identify market niches to capitalize on sales opportunities.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • To sell, provide sales support for and develop sales of the products of Performance material and Specialty materials in Brazil , mostly automotive part manufacturers within Brazil.
  • Attract new customers to generate profitable demand according to the guidelines and strategies set by the Business Lines
  • Implement Sales and Market development plans to grow business in areas meeting set profitability targets. Prospect for, qualify and prioritize new accounts and new applications.
  • Negotiate in line with profitability guidelines set by the Sales Director. Sell value compared to competitive offers and close sales agreements.
  • Implement strategies as they relate to specifying and approving materials at OEMS, at strategic and often global key accounts on the Tier 1 and 2 level.
  • Forecast sales by establishing annual sales planning with the Sales Director, such as Budgets and Forecasts, reconcile variances and achieve budgeted sales. To collect demand information and to inform the product planner regarding customer demand
  • To analyse and report market trends and potentials. • Document visit reports, report, projects, potential and opportunities in CRM.
  • Support Accounts Receivables in collecting outstanding balances and in evaluating credit[1]worthiness of new and current accounts. • Adhere to all quality, environment, health and safety procedures as established by Envalior.
  • To assist Regional Management with any business management, marketing and technical activities or needs, including any participation at trade shows, technical assistance, specification needs at OEM
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years sales experience

Impact of position

The maintenance of this position is important to ensure the continuity of current businesses we have in the Brazilian market and to drive our growth in the region through the implementation of PM and SM strategies.

 

Working Relationships

As part of our organizational structure, this role reports directly to the Sales Director, who in turn reports to the Regional Commercial Director. This ensures a streamlined communication channel and effective coordination within the sales hierarchy. Moreover, this position is closely partnered with Envalior application engineers and PAD support teams across Brazil, Troy, Geleen and Germany. Additionally, collaboration with Global Key Accounts is integral to our strategy, facilitating seamless integration and support for our clients on a global scale. This alignment and partnership across different levels and teams underscore our commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while driving growth and innovation in the market.

Potential Challenge

For this position, it is essential that the person demonstrates exceptional conflict resolution skills, especially during price negotiations that require persuasive and effective communication. Additionally, it is essential to be prepared to deal with additional challenges, such as possible supply shortages due to lack of raw materials or logistical problems that may arise.
