A V8. Tech busca um(a) Account Manager Executivo(a) para atuar com grandes contas Enterprise, liderando relacionamento estratégico, oportunidades consultivas e expansão de negócios em tecnologia. É uma posição para profissionais com visão estratégica, capacidade de navegação em estruturas complexas e domínio de vendas consultivas.
Responsabilidades:
Planejamento Estratégico de Contas
- Conduzir account planning estruturado, considerando os objetivos dos clientes (incluindo RI) e conectando essas metas ao portfólio da V8. Tech.
- Planejar e executar estratégias de cross-sell e up-sell, garantindo previsibilidade e crescimento sustentável.
Relacionamento com Clientes
- Estabelecer relacionamento executivo com múltiplos stakeholders, das áreas operacionais ao C-Level.
- Ser o ponto focal do cliente para demandas comerciais e pós-venda, garantindo direcionamento interno e fluidez no atendimento.
Mapeamento e Evolução de Oportunidades
- Identificar, qualificar e desenvolver oportunidades consultivas de produtos e serviços em Cloud, IA, Modernização de Aplicações, Cybersecurity, Infraestrutura e Serviços Gerenciados.
- Conduzir vendas consultivas alinhadas às necessidades reais dos clientes Enterprise.
Governança Comercial
- Registrar, atualizar e acompanhar todo o pipeline no portal comercial, garantindo precisão nas etapas, métricas e ritmo das oportunidades.
Requisitos
- Experiência mínima de 5 anos em vendas complexas de tecnologia (produtos e serviços).
- Vivência com grandes contas enterprise de múltiplos segmentos, incluindo mercados de alta complexidade como energia, financeiro, indústria, varejo e serviços.
- Forte entendimento sobre transformação digital, incluindo cloud, modernização, dados, segurança e serviços gerenciados.
- Formação superior (preferencialmente na área técnica).
- Habilidade de relacionamento, negociação e navegação por estruturas corporativas.
- Disponibilidade para viagens.
Local
Rio de Janeiro, com atuação híbrida e visitas recorrentes a clientes.
