Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Full Remote (Portugal or Brazil)
Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus
What You'll Do:
- Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules
- Translate customer requirements into ServiceNow applications
- Integrate ServiceNow into existing system landscapes
- Perform error analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript within ServiceNow
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel (4 times per year)
