Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, primarily within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customize HR case management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and other HRSD functionalities.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support HR operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs and perform root cause analysis.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module (e.g., HR Cases, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center, HR Knowledge).
  • Good understanding of other processes and modules (e.g., ITSM, SPM, Resource Management) is a plus.
  • Experience working with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
  • Basic understanding of databases (e.g., tables, relationships, queries).
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Experience with update sets, source control, and deployment processes in ServiceNow.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work effectively with HR and IT stakeholders.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to self-manage tasks and take ownership of projects.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn new modules and features within ServiceNow.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and work on multiple modules.
