We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as an IT ServiceNow Developer.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. They will collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The selected individual will be responsible for customizing HR case management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and other HRSD functionalities. They will also create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support HR operations.

Troubleshooting technical issues and bugs, performing root cause analysis, and staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features are essential skills for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A strong background in ServiceNow, particularly in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
  • Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations within ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of databases and update sets.
