Courier offline acquisition manager

2. Organise and participate in offline recruitment events and campaigns.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to expand recruitment channels.
4. Track, analyse, and report on recruitment performance and optimise strategies accordingly.
5. Work closely with the Rider Growth Team to align recruitment activities with business goals.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in offline recruitment, field sales, or partnership development.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong organisational and project management abilities.
4. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Familiarity with the local market and rider ecosystem is a plus.
6. Portuguese fluency required; English proficiency is a plus.
