Buscamos um Líder Comercial (Sales Manager) para estruturar, liderar e escalar nossa máquina de vendas. Será responsável pela gestão do time (SDR + Closers), pela evolução dos pitches comerciais e pela construção de um funil previsível e sustentável.

Responsabilidades

- Gerenciar e motivar o time de SDRs e Closers;

- Desenvolver e aprimorar playbooks de vendas, pitches e apresentações;

- Acompanhar métricas: CAC, funil de vendas, ciclo médio e taxa de conversão;

- Participar ativamente de reuniões estratégicas com clientes-chave;

- Reportar resultados à diretoria e propor melhorias de processo.

Requisitos

- Experiência comprovada em liderança de times de vendas B2B;

- Histórico de construção ou escala de máquinas de vendas;

- Capacidade analítica para trabalhar com métricas e resultados;

- Perfil hands-on: disposto a também fechar vendas no início da operação;

- Diferencial: vivência em SaaS, fintechs ou mercado imobiliário.
