We are looking for a part-time, remote Salesforce Administrator with 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience to join our U.S. client's team. You will work 10 to 15 hours per week supporting the ongoing development, configuration, and management of Salesforce across the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to drive business outcomes through platform optimization and insightful data analysis.Our client is on a mission to provide technology and services that enable veterinary practices to provide the highest quality of care to pet owners. Our client has thousands of veterinarians in its customer base today (and counting).ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross-organizational teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsAdminister and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and optimal performanceConfigure, customize, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and other settings to support business processesDevelop and maintain Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and improve user productivityDesign and implement new features or system enhancementsManage integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms, ensuring data consistency and seamless functionalityConduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for new configurations, automation, and system updatesMonitor and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings in accordance with company policiesStay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; recommend improvements and lead adoption of new capabilitiesProvide user support, training, and documentation for more effective system usageRequired ExperienceExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise, B2B environmentsProficiency in Salesforce setup and configurationSolid understanding of CRM principles and Salesforce best practicesExperience in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Flow development, reporting, and dashboard creationExperience with integration tools and third-party platformsAbility to review, design, and test new features and customizations independentlyStrong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to continuous learning as well as staying current with platform updatesTrustworthy, team-oriented, and transparentPreferred ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related fieldCertification as a Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud ConsultantAdditional InformationKnowing your ideas are heard and matter, think bigYou get to own your job and be recognized for your contributionsWork with innovative and creative peopleMaking mistakes is human.
