As we scale our profitable ecosystem of tools and services, we're seeking a dedicated and adaptable HR Business Partner – Brazil (individual contributor position) to help us bring our People strategy to life and support our teams on the ground. In this position, you will report directly to the Director of People and work closely with leaders and employees to ensure that People processes run efficiently and consistently. This is an individual contributor role with a strong execution component — combining hands-on delivery with collaboration and influence across regional and global teams. We serve a wide range of retailers — from supermarkets, specialty stores, pharmacies, and department stores to fashion brands — across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru, and Colombia. We have three key products: Flexifleet – Freelancer Marketplace to perform picking, packing, and delivery tasks for retailers and aggregators. Fulfillment Optimizer – Modular Software to increase productivity in eCommerce picking, packing, and delivery. Consumer Connect – AI WhatsApp Conversational Commerce to boost sales and elevate customer experience. Who you are You are a hands-on HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and the people. You combine empathy, structure, and a strong sense of ownership to deliver high-quality results. You're someone who makes things happen while building trust and collaboration across teams. What you will do Partner with business leaders and employees across Brazil to provide day-to-day support on key HR processes — from onboarding and employee relations to development and engagement. Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience. Implement surveys, analyze data, and develop action plans to close gaps. Manage Rewards and Incentives: leverage current compensation and incentive plans, as well as benchmarking against other companies and industries to ensure our schemes are fit for the future. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential. Comply with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviews. Own the plan and logistics of internal events. Implement and sustain People initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities. Manage HR operations and documentation with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Work closely with regional people partners to align priorities, localize global programs, and ensure effective implementation in Brazil. The skills and experience you will bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in HR, ideally as a Business Partner in fast-paced or tech environments. Strong understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and HR best practices. Experience in employee relations, HR operations, and process implementation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus). Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in helping teams succeed.
