Data Accuracy and Reporting: Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy. Generate and analyze payroll reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
Tax and Benefits Administration: Oversee the calculation and remittance of taxes, benefits, and other deductions in accordance with local country requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll processes with company policies and ensure accurate employee data management.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external payroll providers and ensure service level agreements are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Proficiency in payroll software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
