The company is driven by a strong culture of growth and excellence, focused on providing effective, fast solutions to homeowners in need.Job Description Our client is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role requires someone who is passionate about growth, winning, and putting in the effort to become the best version of themselves in both business and life.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a pipeline using high-intent leads and smart outbound strategiesUncover seller motivations and structure win-win dealsPitch cash offers, novations, and creative finance optionsClose deals with confidence and urgencyCollaborate closely with the team to get deals sold RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of high-level sales experience (preferably phone-based sales)Grit, urgency, emotional intelligence, and a strong drive to succeedExceptional work ethic – willing to work late nights and weekends when neededProven ability to close 5+ deals per month, earning $3,000–$5,000 per month in compensationComfortable working in a performance-based culture where compensation is tied to results Perks and BonusesProfessional development supportInternal promotion tracksPerformance-based bonusesOpportunity to join a winning team culture that fosters personal and professional growth BenefitsPaid time off ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of sales experience (Required) LanguageFluent in English (Required)
